ADHD coaching for adults
Gain self-awareness, build self-compassion, and create lasting strategies to take control of your life.
Put Your ADHD Strengths to Work
ADHD comes with real strengths: creativity, spontaneity, and the ability to think outside the square… just to name a few.
It also comes with different challenges like managing time, staying organised and regulating emotions. Also, following through on certain plans can feel harder than it should, while others seem effortless.
When those challenges start to overshadow your strengths, you feel stuck, frustrated, or exhausted. You don't have to figure this out alone.
An ADHD coach can help you gain more insight into how your ADHD is showing up for you, which can create more control by building self-awareness, self-compassion, and practical strategies tailored to how your brain wiring works. Together, we create tailored systems for your unique needs, making everyday life more fulfilling & manageable.
Hi, I’m Merril
I work with adults who have ADHD. My role is to help you build systems that suit your brain, stay accountable to your own goals, and make steady progress in the areas of life that matter most to you.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before we start. You just need to show up, try things, and be open about what’s working and what isn’t.
You're Smart, Creative, and Capable
Many adults with ADHD, despite being intelligent, creative, and empathetic, may often give up on their biggest goals due to lack of awareness of how their unique brain works and having the right strategies in place for success.
You might have received a recent diagnosis and wish to process this newfound information and what it means for you. Having a coaching partnership can help you to see your ADHD through a new lens. This can create amazing change and confidence.
Or you may have been diagnosed as a child and wish to discover the latest information and practical skills that are right for you.
Either way, accessing the right supports can move you forward to live your best life.
What ADHD Coaching Looks Like
ADHD coaching is a supportive partnership. We explore how your ADHD shows up for you. Because everyone is different. We are all unique. We use these insights to create a life more aligned with what you want.
As your coach, we work together to notice what's working, what's getting in the way, and how to design systems, habits, and perspectives for your real life. You learn to spot your patterns, build on strengths, and create tools designed for your brain.
Coaching is about progress, not perfection. It's a safe, judgement-free, confidential space to pause and focus on what matters, and experiment with practical steps until we find what works.
Coaching is different from therapy. It doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and it isn't focused on analysing the past. Coaching is forward-focused: you bring your lived experience, creativity, and goals. I bring structure, curiosity, and accountability. Together, we turn awareness into action.
At its heart, ADHD coaching helps you live in harmony with your brain, so you show up as your full, authentic, capable self in the parts of your life that matter the most to you.

How Sessions Work
A relaxed, no-obligation conversation. We talk about what's happening in your life, whether you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed or wanting things to work more smoothly. You ask questions and see if coaching with me feels right.
Free 20 Minute Discovery Call
Initial Session: Information Gathering
A space to understand you, your context, and the patterns shaping your daily life. We explore what's working, what feels difficult, and what you'd like to change. We look at strengths, values, current challenges, and the environments your brain is working within.
Ongoing Coaching Sessions
Each session is guided by what matters most to you right now. We choose a clear focus so you leave with either clarity or strategies you feel confident trying. Sessions are flexible and responsive as your goals evolve.
Session Frequency and Length
I recommend starting with 5 sessions over 5 weeks to build understanding and momentum. From there, we design the frequency around your needs.
